Zoe Jakes will be joining us for our January Halfa!! Zoe is a world-
renowned tribal fusion artist that tours with the Bellydance
Superstars. This is a terrific opportunity to watch her in action!!

Due to the expense of sponsoring Zoe, the price for this hafla is $10
(although kids 12 and under are still free). Join us for an evening
of performances, potluck food, shopping, and fun!! Bring an item of
food to share...a bottle of wine...chips...soda...whatever trips your
trigger. Bring some pillows to sit on and your sultry spirit to enjoy
the fun. Costumes are optional, but a fun part of the ambiance. We
will have open dancing as well. It's a party, so bring friends!!

For the most part, this is a pretty casual get-together and a great
way to meet others in this community. If you feel inspired to perform
for us please contact Samira to request a spot. Truthfully, our
performance spots may already be full (I need to cross-check the list
that Tori has with my own), but please drop a note so we can add you
to the list. If you want to just join in the open dances, wear a hip
scarf and jump up to enjoy the fun. Sometimes we have vendors, and
sometimes we don't. Every Hafla is different and brings new faces to
our community. We hope to see you there.
