My fabulous Director of Marketing & Vending, Carolee Cameron, is so incredibly organized and proficient!! I LOVE her! She has already managed to organize some stellar packages for the vendors and to price all the advertising for the Event Guide/Program. This guide will also have a teacher/performer directory as well as the normal program ads. You do not need to be teaching or performing at the event to take advantage of this promotional opportunity.

All of our vendors are chosen based on feedback we had the previous year as well as from the results of our post-event survey. We have started contacting the vendors who will be given first opportunity; however, we are expanding our Bazaar this year, and we might have some open spots. Additionally, the shopping will take place in the same room as the festival. We are excited that our festival & shopping area will be free & open to the attendees. We believe that this is the best way to create a fun well-attended festival & shopping experience for everyone.
