Hello beautiful dancers,

I'm happy to announce that the injuries to my back are finally healing due to multiple epidural injections in my spine and disks, yuck!! (you don't even want to know the details of what they do to me, especially if you have a week stomach, LOL) I have 2 more to go, Woohooo!! And am writing this post surgery, so if my grammar/spelling is way off, I blame it on the anesthesiology!!

So for the last 4 months I have stopped all one on one coaching, and replaced it with my 4 week sessions. The 11 privates a week, along with a minimum of at least 16 shows a week and my workshop tour was killing me! So now that I am on the mend, I am opening up my private coaching schedule with the following days and times:

Mon: 12 PM, 1 PM, 2 PM, 4 PM
Tues: 11 AM, 12 PM, 1 PM, 2 PM, 3 PM
Wed: 12 PM, 1 PM, 2 PM, 4 PM
Thurs: 12 PM, 1 PM, 2 PM 3 PM, 6 PM, 7 PM
Fridays will vary due to travel, so email me if this day works for you, and we can work something out
Saturday : 12 PM, 1 PM, 2 PM Again, it will vary if I am on the road teaching

Private coaching is a great way to work on specific topics, i.e., veil, zills, Egyptian, Lebanese, Turkish, drum solo/shimmies, layering, floor work, various folklore topics, veil fans/double veil, learning history and what is appropriate within the dance, comparing styles and regional acceptance etc. Basically I'm an open book, and you tell me what you want to learn!! (Oh yeah, I won't even pretend to know tribal, I've had one class with FCBD 9 years ago!!!)

Choreography work is also available, whether it's working on one of your pieces that you have started, if you are in need of an original choreography for a special event, as well as choreography's for dance companies, I choreographed some of the dances at Purdue University last spring, and am working on some original pieces for a Canadian dance company for the next year.

As long as you don't want me up at 8 AM we will be fine! I'm a night owl, and until I've had several cups of coffee I look , and act like Medusa! LOL!!

PS. Semi privates are available as well, so if you and your dance buddy want to reduce the cost , we can do it! Future 4 week sessions may come about, but nothing is planned at this time!
