(just for you Cyd)

This was formerly called the Sizzling Summer Hafla, but because of Cyd and her suggestion I've had copious amounts of people express their excitement at coming to a Michael Jackson tribute hafla.

Naimah brilliantly suggested that we have a special Michael Jackson Improv Contest...so we are calling all "Smooth Criminals" and "Dirty Dianas" to the hafla. Are you a "Dancing Machine"? If you are "Bad" enough and you "Want to be Startin' Somethin'", join us this Saturday at 8pm at the Arthur Murray Dance Studio, 4550 S. Maryland Parkway, Suite N, LV, NV 89119 to honor the "King of Pop" Vegas-Bellydance-Community-Style. It should be an absolute "Thriller".

We will still have regular performance sets and open dancing, but the Improv Contest will be all Michael Jackson songs. So practice your moon walk and shimmies to the "Man In the Mirror". Bonus points for costumes & creative use of props. As usual, this contest requires a fair bit of warning to parents. Sometimes performances are a bit "Dangerous" & "Bad" and can even leave "Blood on the Dance Floor". Crotch-grabbing will be allowed.

Cost: $5 + a plate of food. Kids under 12 are free.
Performers not in the Improv Contest are free but still need to contribute a plate of food. All Improv contestants do receive a prize.
