Costume question.

topic posted Sun, March 30, 2008 - 9:13 PM by  Debra
Hi guys. Ok, so this is my first post here and maybe this isn't really the sort of thing to post here (in which case you can all yell at me or something).
I was thinking about buying a 25 yard skirt from www.moondancebellydance.com and I just wondered if any of you knew if their skirts were good or not? Meaning light, flowy and well made. Or, if you guys know of someone who sells something like that here in town... or if any of you are just master sewers who would just LOVE to teach me? :)
Oh, also, does anyone know a good place to find tribal style bras that would fit large bust sizes, like 40DDD, and 36F?

Thanks!
Debra J.

I have a different skirt from Moondance and I like it. It is well made. I know how to make them too. I made one once and I've bought them ever since. Your time plus the cost of the fabric isn't worth it. But if you're determine to make one get the book "From Turban to Toe Ring". It tells you how to make one along with other costuming ideas.
As for bras, I've always made my own. That would be my suggestion to you too.

    Hope that helps!
